As a Technical Product Manager at CXT Software, you won't just define requirements; you'll partner with engineering to design scalable systems, model complex data flows, and own the technical strategy for our AI-driven platform. You will validate your vision with data and prototypes, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable outcomes—driving customer loyalty, revenue growth, and operational efficiency at scale.

Unlike traditional PM roles, this is a deeply technical position. You won't just manage a backlog; you'll debate API contracts, contribute to system design discussions, and validate technical approaches alongside our architects. You'll own the 'how' just as much as the 'what' and 'why'.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Partnership : Collaborate with Engineering leads on system design, data architecture, and technology selection to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Technical Specification : Define API requirements, model complex workflows, and write specs that are technically precise.
• Discovery & Validation : Lead customer research, data analysis, and rapid prototyping to confirm problem–solution fit.
• Prioritization & Roadmapping : Score ideas with a WSJF-RICE hybrid framework and maintain a living roadmap in Productboard.
• Specification & Planning : Write PRDs with Gherkin-style acceptance criteria, story mapping, and instrumentation requirements.
• Execution Support : Partner with UX and Engineering during Kanban flow, ensuring Definition of Ready / Done is met.
• Release & Enablement : Coordinate release notes, in-app guides (Pendo), and internal enablement on Confluence.
• Measurement & Iteration : Review adoption and outcome metrics at 14 / 30 / 60 / 90-day intervals and iterate or sunset as needed.
