Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : 12 / 15 / 2025

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1898.00 - $1974.00

PT- outpatient needed asap

PT needed for days, mostly M-F with flexible hours 0700-1800 will toggle times for different days.

PT will be seeing patients in our PT clinic located in Craig, Colorado.

Looking for a Physical Therapist who is dynamic ready to run and manage their own outpatient clinic who has experience with dry needling, custom orthotics fitting and has great interest in post-operative total joint rehab.

RADIUS RULE : Traveler’s perm address must be at least 65 miles away from our facility. Local travelers will not be considered.

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
