Enertiv is seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing professional to join our Production Team as an Electronic Assembler. This is a highly technical, detail-oriented position, requiring extensive familiarity with circuit boards and electronic components as well as soldering and other methods of assembling electronics securely so they work as expected. Our Electronic Assemblers are integral to the growth of our business and meeting the increased demand for our connected devices and sensors. Our Electronic Assemblers must interface with our Project Management and Engineering teams and are responsible for the production of our hardware, quality control, and final shipment to our clients.

Responsibilities :
- Assemble Electronic Components - The primary responsibility of an electronic assembler is installing and attaching electronic components within our connected devices.
- Review Product Blueprints and Specification Sheets - Work with product specification sheets to guide work and assembly processes. Interpret materials provided by engineers to understand how individual parts work together to make our devices function.
- Inspect Components - Inspect components during the assembly process, checking for manufacturing defects or use specialized tools like calipers to ensure that parts fit together as expected. Finding errors early in the process is very important to this role.
- Perform Quality Assurance Tests - Conduct quality assurance tests throughout the assembly process. This duty is performed before and after assembly. An Electronic Assembler is also responsible for preparing QA reports after each production run. Part of the quality assurance process involves navigating through software tools to verify settings and conduct software enabled tests using the corresponding software tools.
- Equipment Kitting - Adding specific accessories, based on individual scope of work to facilitate equipment onsite deployment.
- Packaging and Shipping - Packaging final goods so that they do not get damaged during shipment and using shipping websites (i.e. UPS.com) to send finished goods to our clients.
Requirements :
High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of +5 years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing.Extremely detail-oriented and trustworthy.Highly self-motivated team player and excited by the opportunity to be part of a growing company.Strong understanding of electronic specifications and blueprints.Experience operating a soldering iron to attach small components to a circuit board and other devices.Familiarity with testing and quality assurance procedures.Prior experience using software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Experience conducting material and equipment inventory while using software inventory management tools.Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and in team environments.Great attention to detail.Benefits :
