RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and hourly supports.

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals in our HBCS (Home and Community Based Services) program who are passionate about working with individuals with disabilities. This includes but not limited to : providing assistance to individuals living on their own by taking them out into the community, assisting with daily in-home tasks, and providing behavioral support. Direct Support Professional hourly rates range from $14.35-$14.50
