As our new Aquatics Manager / Leader, your purpose will be to help us create a fun and professional environment, providing our customers and their children with a great learning experience. Youll work closely with the franchise owner and our swim instructors to help shape our schools culture and commitment to running a smooth operation. Youll also play a big role in helping bring more customers to the school and keep them coming back.

This is a part-time position developing into a full-time as we scale. You will need to work flexible hours, including a regular weekend day and evenings. You will need to be able to travel locally in the Greater Santa Clara area to all our pools, as well as travel for Aquatic training and conferences.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Training the British Swim School program curriculum to children and adults as the Lead Instructor
• Training all our swim teachers in the BSS swim method and supporting their ongoing development.
• Using BSS Instructor assessment and development tools / checklists to maintain lesson quality.
• Evaluating swim instructor performance and creating performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Offering guidance and support when managing difficult class situations
• Assisting with business growth and attracting new customers
• Enrollment and scheduling
