Overview : Lead estimating for larger commercial and industrial bids — develop strategy, mentor estimators, and drive win / loss decisions.

Responsibilities :

Manage estimating process from takeoff through bid submission.

Lead subcontractor outreach and pricing negotiations.

Oversee junior estimators and review detailed estimates.

Provide preconstruction support for awarded projects.

Qualifications :

7+ years estimating experience with a general contractor.

Proven leadership and advanced takeoff / estimating tool skills.
