As a Superintendent, you’ll lead site operations for commercial and federal renovation projects ranging from $500K–$5M. This role requires strong technical knowledge across all trades, hands-on leadership, and the ability to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple trades.
- Oversee commercial and federal TI & renovation projects, including historic renovations.
- Drive schedules using MS Projects, P6, and Gantt charts; monitor progress against the critical path.
- Administer RFIs, QC / QA processes, and compliance with government policies and safety standards.
- Conduct HVAC and functional testing; ensure adherence to COBie process.
- Act as primary on-site point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to project stakeholders.
