We are looking for :

Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) provides managed services for a large tech video-sharing platform. We are seeking a talented Graphics / Visual Designer to join our team. The Graphics / Visual Designer will be required to elevate the caliber of visual design across all requested assets. This is a temporary full-time position through January 31, 2025.

Job Responsibilities :

Design engaging visual content for long & short form.
Create branded assets, style frames, and layouts for B2B social media marketing videos.
Work with a Creative Director and stakeholders to expand existing design language into the social media space.
Showcase a strong understanding and creative application of key design principles.
Work with the team’s Motion Graphic Designers to bring designs to life.
Own creative asset development process from start to finish.
Coordinate efficient asset handoffs.
Be able to interpret strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals to that strategy.
Create graphic elements as needed, and work with appropriate parties to ensure that design is in sync with brief.
Develop graphics that elevate the brief.
Must demonstrate a high level of graphic understanding across video platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to bring requested assets to delivery.

Qualifications & Experience :

Ability to design static and motion graphics.

Minimum of 3 years design experience creating visual and motion graphics.

Experience designing and producing video assets.

Skilled in storyboarding, concepting, and style framing.

Intermediate experience of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience in Social Media campaign.

Background with tech brands such as Meta, Google or Apple.

Clean and clear use of typography and composition.

Demonstrated ability to deliver diverse styles for a wide variety of content.

Understanding of basic motion design principles and workflows.

A high level of attention to detail and an ability to multitask with fast turnaround times.

Figma experience is valuable.

Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation range for this position is depending on experience $65-$75 hourly.
