???? Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles (manager level and below)Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesSource candidates via job boards, social media, and networkingConduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experienceEmployee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issuesConduct impartial investigations and provide guidance on performance and conduct mattersPromote employee development, retention, and engagement strategiesSupport succession planning and career pathing initiativesHR Operations & Compliance
Streamline HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviewsMaintain SOPs for HR procedures and ensure compliance with employment lawsLeverage HRIS systems and reporting tools for data-driven decision-makingMaintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive mattersCollaboration & Leadership
Work cross-functionally with leadership and departments to support organizational goalsTake ownership of projects and communicate professionally with stakeholdersStay current with HR trends and best practices???? What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field3+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and employee relationsExcellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platformsPreferred Qualifications :
HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)Experience with ADP Workforce NowBackground in healthcare or clinical credentialing????
