Summary :
Minneola Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an HR / Payroll Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk. This position plays a crucial role in supporting both the human resources and finance departments by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and managing accounts payable tasks.
Responsibilities :
- Process payroll for employees using UKG Pro and WFM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employment status.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Verify and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Finance team to ensure seamless operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR and Finance departments.
Qualifications :
Proven experience (1-2 years) in payroll processing, accounts payable, or related fields.Familiarity with UKG Pro or similar payroll software is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Education :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Additional certification in payroll administration or HR management is a plus.Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (may vary based on operational needs).Benefits :
