We are seeking a dedicated Diabetic Documentation Retention Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for following up on documents previously requested from the physicians on behalf of our customers. The representative is expected to communicate articulately with members and physician's staff to obtain these medical documents to state law and insurance guidelines. In the State of NY this position pays between $16 / hr. - $20 / hr. depending on related experience.

• Answer emails within a timely manner
• Check work for accuracy
• Communicate with physicians staff and customers to obtain requested documentation
• Maintain fax server
• Maintain follow up prescription requests
• Meet daily quotas
• Performs other duties as assigned
