  • Support Staff Available : Multidisciplinary team of medical professionals

  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : $200,000.00 $230,000.00 annual salary

  • Comprehensive family medicine including diagnosis, treatment, and referrals

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Massachusetts medical license
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Experience : Less than 1 year accepted
  • Other Qualifications : - Residency completion in good standing - Excellent communication and clinical skills - Bilingual English / Spanish required - Confidential and professional demeanor - Ability to travel between sites
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive and continuing care in outpatient settings
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement and utilization review
  • Teach and mentor medical residents and students
  • Attend continuing education programs
  • Serve on related committees as needed
  • Represent the health center in the community and to external partners
  • Support strategic and department-wide improvement initiatives
