Job descriptionOversee and manage the therapy department, including technicians administering therapies. Virtual Reality Therapy Neurofeedback and Biofeedback Vestibular Therapy Cognitive Therapy LLLT Photobiomodulation Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Quantitative Electroencephalogram (qEEG) Video Oculography (VOG) / Nystagmography Pupillometry Balance Assessments Handle administrative tasks such as : Organizing therapy schedules Making phone calls to patients and attorneys Occasionally traveling to Ocala for work-related duties Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Chiropractic Neurologist. Experience with vestibular therapy is preferred. Familiarity with advanced therapies such as HBOT and TMS is preferred. Willingness to obtain certification in HBOT and TMS if not already certified (clinic will provide support). Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills for working with patients, attorneys, and team members.
