Baptist Health is currently hiring a Full-time Cytotechnologist to join our respected hospital laboratory team at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is scheduled for 9 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

In this Cytotechnologist role, you'll work independently in our Anatomical & Pathology (A&P) lab, performing duties including specimen collection, processing, staining, and preliminary microscopic evaluation. You will also support clerical, safety, and quality improvement initiatives alongside a small, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in specimen processing and some background in microscopic interpretation. At Baptist Health, cytotechnologists play a critical role in early disease detection and accurate diagnosis, directly impacting patient outcomes. This Cytotechnologist must be licensed in the State of Florida before hire.
