A sap Deployment Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic rollout and continuous optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC) solutions across our North and Central America (Canada, United States, and Mexico). This position requires deep expertise in SAP EWM and ECC, warehouse processes for both Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Delivered models, as well as familiarity with project management methodology. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams through all phases of deployment – from planning to execution – ensuring each implementation delivers measurable improvements to operational efficiency. A strong focus on customer centricity and end‑user experience is essential for measuring success.

How you will contribute

• Lead SAP EWM and ECC Deployments across North and Central America (Canada, United States, and Mexico).
• Apply deep expertise in SAP EWM and ECC, along with knowledge of warehouse processes for Direct Store Delivery and Warehouse Delivered models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through all phases of deployment, from planning to execution.
• Ensure each implementation delivers measurable improvements to operational efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer centricity and end‑user experience when implementing solutions.
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure successful implementations.
• Work effectively with cross‑functional teams to achieve deployment goals.
• Participate in strategic planning for the rollout and optimization of SAP solutions.
• Continuously optimize SAP EWM and ECC solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each implementation.

90% travel within Canada, Mexico, and the United States.

Work schedule

Must be available to provide travel support across all shifts, including weekends.

Salary and Benefits :

The base salary range for this position is $83,800 to $115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
