In this high-visibility role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, mentor clinical and administrative staff, and shape workflows that support exceptional patient care. This is an ideal role for a collaborative, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is committed to strong operations and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

• ️ Support two surgeons and one APP
• ️ Oversee clinic operations, staffing, workflows, and patient experience
• ️ Build relationships, refine KPIs, and identify workflow / efficiency improvements
• ️ Support new initiatives including AquaBlation and the launch of a pediatric urology program
• ️ Manage budgets, business operations, and quality improvement efforts
