Must-Have :

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room specialty.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience.

First-time travelers will not be accepted.

The patient population includes infants to geriatrics.

Nurses will be responsible for caring for a general ER patient population.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 4.

The emergency department consists of 46 rooms with an average daily census of 135 patients.

Experience with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is preferred.

Floating to other facilities is possible.

Nurses are expected to work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period.

If two major holidays occur, the nurse is expected to work both.

If three major holidays occur, the nurse is expected to work two of the holidays.

Additional unit information includes support teams such as IV Teams, Physical Therapy, and Rapid Response Teams.

Travel experience is required.

Candidates should be prepared to submit required documentation in a timely manner.
