Starting at $45 per hour (travel rates available)

16-40 Hours / week | Starting ASAP for a 3-month duration

PACE Senior Day Program

Travel offered, pending location | Geriatric experience preferred

Key Duties

• Assess and document the nutritional needs of each participant in accordance with agency policies and procedures
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates the nutritional component of the <>

program; determines the nature and extent of nutritional needs and problems of the target population.
