Associate Director, NA Foods CM Ops and UFS Network Strategy
Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) is one of the biggest growth networks in the North America supply chain. It accounts for 20% of TO and over 200M spend, with plans to continue optimizing the network to support future growth. The CM team deals with more than 15 CM suppliers to procure approximately 600 different finished goods and is responsible for getting them at the best possible prices while securing continuity of supply and agility according to Unilever's needs. The Associate Director, NA Foods CM Ops and UFS Network Strategy, and the extended Supply Chain team work collaboratively to unlock agility and resilience. They are responsible for the co-development of the SC CM strategy, approach, and execution and supports business requirements by ensuring innovations and existing products support Unilever's quality, cost, customer service and continuous improvement objectives.

What You'll Need To Succeed :
Pay : The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
