This growing practice serves a regional population of approximately 750,000 residents across eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio . With a robust referral network from primary care providers and 20 regional hospitals , incoming urologists will have access to a steady and diverse patient base .

• Salary : Guaranteed base of $600,000 , with additional wRVU productivity bonuses and quality / customer service incentives - offering an income potential of $750,000+
