Insurance Premium Payment Associate

Sentara Health Plans is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team.

Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift

Standard Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST, M-F

Position Location : Hybrid work schedule at Sentara Park 1300 in Virginia Beach. After successful completion of onsite training for up to 4 weeks, and depending on performance, the position will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.

Overview : Responds to record and process telephonic payment inquiries. Responsible for taking both initial and ongoing payments for insurance products while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsible to work in multiple computer programs at a time. Must be able to maintain a high level of service to customers while managing changing volume demands of the call center.
