Samsara is seeking an Inside Sales Director to join our passionate high-energy and fast-moving sales team. Youll lead and support our Managers and Account Executives focusing on commercial US organizations. You will have a consistent track record of ability to hire develop and lead an inclusive engaged and high-performing team.

In this role you will :
Coach a team of 6-8 sales managers on sales strategy pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targetsHire new managers and account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and successWork cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manageCreate content for ongoing training and developmentSupport managers and account executives through professional development plansProvide clear and tactical feedback to account executivesFurther culture within the team and commercial organization with high emotional intelligenceChampion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new officesHire develop and lead an inclusive engaged and high performing teamMinimum requirements for the role :
6 years of sales experience with proven performance owning a complex selling motion from prospecting through close3 years of experience managing US teamsExperience leading full-cycle sales into the US marketStrong track record of overachievement with experience in coaching a team on outboundingUnderstanding of full sales cycles involving multiple decision makers multiple products and extended time framesExcellent communication skills and comfortable with public speakingStrong interpersonal and team management skillsSelf-starter and adaptable to changeContinued growth mindset to learn a unique industryProficient in making data-driven conclusionsAbility to provide upward feedbackFamiliarity with SFDCRequired Experience :
