Senior Search Engine Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Search Engine Engineer (eCommerce - Constructor Focus).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Constructor Search and Discovery platform

Develop, test, and tune ranking strategies to maximize search relevance and conversion

Build and maintain data synchronization pipelines for real-time product catalog and user behavior data

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in large-scale eCommerce search systems

Significant hands-on experience with the Constructor platform for search applications

Proficiency in a programming language like Python or Java for backend integration

Solid understanding of information retrieval principles and machine learning for ranking
