YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Crew Foreman, you lead your team by example, setting the pace for every project while actively contributing to the work. You effectively communicate with your crew, office staff, sales arborists, and clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page. You're entrusted with expensive equipment and valuable customer properties, so you complete jobs with integrity and urgency, making sure every task is done right. Your expertise shines as you operate mini-skids, back up trailers, and handle big trucks with ease. You consistently apply your knowledge of rigging, knots, and safety protocols to make even the toughest jobs look easy. Every weekday, you show up at 6 : 45 AM sharp in Jessup, MD, ready to lead your team and take each job from start to finish.

YOUR TYPICAL SHIFT :

7 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday, emergency, and overtime hours available.
