This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safe, high-quality, and productive project execution from the ground up.
What You’ll Do Oversee daily field activities for rail and civil construction, including grading, drainage, and deep foundation systems (piles, caissons, drilled shafts).
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met across all operations.
Work closely with clients, engineers, and inspectors to deliver successful, high-performing projects.
Mentor and develop foremen and field staff, fostering a strong team culture.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience.
6+ years of supervisory experience on civil or rail infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in deep foundations, concrete, and heavy civil construction.
Strong Line & Grade and layout background.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
