Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure the Employee Document Management application for Workday
Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned to their needs
Support junior team members and manage individual workload effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Very good understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll)
Experience in a customer-facing consulting environment
Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
Consulting skills including presenting and participating in workshops
Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies
