Position Overview
Enbridge is seeking two experienced Senior Advisors, Lands & Right-of-Way (ROW) to support regional pipeline and facility operations. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for landowner relations, ROW negotiations, land rights management, and regulatory engagement. Key Responsibilities
Landowner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for landowners located on or near pipeline easements and facilities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships and resolve landowner inquiries and concerns.
- Represent Enbridge to external stakeholders across the pipeline ROW within your operating region.
Land & Right-of-Way Management
Lead all negotiations and settlements with landowners and public agencies on ROW matters.Document and manage land-related issues, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of land and land rights.Mitigate potential environmental impacts and support public relations with private and corporate landowners and tenants.Oversee the negotiation and resolution of damage claims.Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and coordination.Technical Expertise
Interpret legal plans, legal documents, titles, deeds, and engineering drawings.Utilize land databases, GIS platforms, and Microsoft Office tools to support daily activities and reporting.Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of progressive right-of-way experience as a fully qualified land professional.Degree, diploma, or certification in land management / administration or a related field.Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Ability to interpret relevant legislation, regulations, and land administration processes.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, land information systems, and GIS tools.Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with regulators, attorneys, landowners, government officials, industry partners, and internal teams.Valid driver’s license (motor vehicle check required prior to hire).Working Conditions
Approximately 50% office and 50% field work.Significant driving required to meet with stakeholders and visit sites within the operating region.Eligible Enbridge employees may participate in FlexWork (Hybrid Work Model) , offering flexible scheduling and optional work-from-home days (Wednesdays & Fridays), depending on role requirements.
