We are a fast-paced integrated dental office with 3 full time specialists.  Excellence Microdental Center focuses on giving the best patient care possible.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule : Full Time, Monday 8am-6 : 30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-5 : 30pm, Friday varies 8am-1pm or 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

The salary range for this role is $16-$18 per hour.
