Job Details

  • Pulmonary Registered Respiratory Therapist for NICU / PICU
  • Provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and / or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and / or ventilatory support.
  • Must have 2 years current NICU and / or PICU experience required (no exceptions) and RRT licensure (CRT is not acceptable).
  • Flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.

  • 2 years current NICU and / or PICU experience required (no exceptions)
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.

    • Schedule Information

  • 12-hour nights shift
  • Weekends / Holidays required
  • Floating required - May need to support PresNow locations
  • On call, weekends and holidays required
  • Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Scrubs : Required and not provided by the facility.

    • Additional Details

  • NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)
  • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
  • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
  • ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED / AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
