Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney Qualifications :
3+ years of commercial litigation experience with a proven ability to independently manage complex caseloads from inception to resolution, including comprehensive legal research, drafting, and strategic case development.Lead all phases of discovery, including conducting depositions and witness interviews, and represent clients in court through motion practice and oral arguments.Serve as a primary client contact, providing regular updates, offering strategic counsel, and negotiating favorable settlements.Actively participate in business development, delivering compelling client presentations and representing the company at networking events.
