A company is looking for a Banking Transformation Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead vendor discovery sessions and facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather requirements

Synthesize findings into actionable strategic recommendations and document platform strategy

Provide expert strategic advisory to C-suite executives and design digital banking technology stacks

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Strategist or Consultant in digital banking or fintech

Strong understanding of core banking platforms and financial technology ecosystems

Deep expertise in AWS or Google Cloud Platform in regulated financial environments

Ability to operate independently and present complex information to executive leadership

Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders or fintech founders
