Job Type : Full-Time  Monday - Friday | Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

River View Nursing and Rehab in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dedicated team. We specialize in both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, providing exceptional support and care to every resident.

Evening Shift : 3 PM – 11 PM

Monday - Friday

Your Role :

As an RN Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our care team and ensuring a high standard of nursing care during the evening shift. Your leadership helps create a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide guidance and oversight to direct care staff

Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing, scheduling, and unit operations

Deliver hands-on patient care as needed

Act as a knowledgeable resource for team members

Help maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For :

Active RN License in Pennsylvania (Required)

At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehab setting

Supervisory experience strongly preferred

Strong communication skills – verbal and written

A resident-centered mindset, focused on personalized and respectful care
