The Boeing Commercial Aircraft (BCA) Payloads organization is seeking Payloads New Features Engineers (Associate or Experienced) to join our 777X Team in Everett, WA.

The Payloads Organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and much of which you don't. The Interiors of the airplane, along with the cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads. We are how our airline customers fulfill their mission and represent their brand and shape how the public experiences flight. Our organization is a fast paced, dynamic environment, which pulls from many engineering backgrounds.

Payloads New Features Engineers are responsible for cross commodity design for customers who are interested in unique interior architectures. This position requires the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, communicate with executive leadership and customers located around the world.

Payloads is seeking candidates with experience in the following areas :

• Product development, design, or innovation.
• Requirements verification, management and validation.
• Managing or integrating a portfolio or engineering projects.
• Knowledge of standard engineering practices, interface definition, design development, engineering documentation, and option structure.
• Engineering support of a manufactured product.
• Direct engagement working with external stakeholders and executive leadership.

Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Experienced (Level 3) Payloads New Features Engineers.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2) : $89,250 - $120,750

Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3) : $105,400 - $142,600
