Description :

Travel position for a registered nurse in a Level IV NICU.

The unit has 42 beds with approximately 80 staff members.

Patient-to-nurse ratios are 3 : 1.

Night shift includes 1 clinical nurse coordinator and 11-13 registered nurses.

Type of equipment includes isolettes, CPAP, peripheral IVs, and central lines.

The electronic medical record system used is Neonatal Notes.

Typical procedures performed include circumcisions and ROP exams.

Ideal candidates should have a drama-free and bubbly personality.

Candidates are preferred with pediatric experience when census drops.
