🩺 Job Summary

We're hiring a Center Manager (Clinician – Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist) to lead and manage operations at our outpatient rehabilitation center in Citrus Heights . This is a high-impact opportunity to combine leadership, business acumen, and clinical expertise to grow a successful rehab center while also maintaining a direct patient caseload.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Center Operations & Leadership

  • Manage daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Oversee and support therapists, aides, and administrative staff
  • Monitor productivity, caseloads, and clinical workflows
  • Conduct team training, performance reviews, and scheduling
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
  • Drive clinic growth through community relationships and referral marketing
  • Review financial metrics to ensure center profitability

    • Clinical & Patient Care

  • Provide hands-on therapy services as part of a regular caseload
  • Maintain clear documentation of treatment goals, plans, and outcomes
  • Supervise therapy assistants and ensure continuity of care
  • Lead by example in quality, professionalism, and patient communication

    • ✅ Requirements

  • Degree from an accredited PT or OT program
  • Active California PT or OT license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • CPR certification (current)
  • Ability to manage team performance and meet business goals
