Join Centinela Hospital Medical Center , a proud member of Prime Healthcare, as a Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician . This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, well-established multi-specialty group led by Dr. Paryus Patel, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.

Position Highlights

Employment : 1099 Independent Contractor

Scope of Practice : 50% outpatient pulmonary, 50% inpatient pulmonary & critical care, including hospital and LTACH support

Setting : Hospital-based and LTACH support in a collaborative, multi-specialty group

Call Schedule : 1 in 2 (negotiable)

Candidate Eligibility : Pulmonary & Critical Care Board Certified or Board Eligible

Compensation & Benefits

Annual base : $360,000 plus $40,000 performance bonus

Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance negotiable

Partnership track in outpatient practice

Malpractice insurance provided
