Senior Project Architect (Hybrid)

The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Architect to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high-tech facilities. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead teams and project architects in planning, coordination, and solving complex design and technical challenges
- Partner with the PIC / PM to define work plans, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring quality and profitability
- Oversee implementation documents and code compliance to maintain design intent and QA / QC standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, building trusted relationships through clear communication
- Mentor staff, guide consultant coordination, and champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For :
15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projectsLicensed Architect with a professional degree in ArchitectureProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and visualization toolsDeep understanding of construction methods, building systems, sustainability, and integrated designExceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectivelyCompensation & Benefits :
