Return Processor

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assist with offloading and palletizing returns received by UPS and FedEx.
• Unbox and examine the condition of the merchandise, evaluate for possible solutions for repair to the highest quality level.
• Count, scan, and input information into a computerized system.
• Record and provide photographic evidence based on the item return condition.
• Pick and pack items.
• Shrink wrap and stack pallets as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Cooperates with team members to maintain work accuracy.
• Ability to use Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker, and Forklift (Forklift Training and Certification is done on the job site).
• All other tasks assigned by the RMA Lead and upper management.
