Job descriptionCoverage needed per month 24hr / hourly shifts / shifts call etc : 12hr night shifts 6p-6a Frequency of any Call needed : no call Schedule Details start / end times days of the week etc : specifically right now December 29-Jan 3 shifts are 6pm-6am. Support staff : one MD / one APP possibly a Fellow Department Description : inpatient critical care Patient Volume : 25 on average during shift Patient Age Group : adults EMR / Documentation System : Epic Special Procedures / Unit Details : Arterial Line Chest Tube Central Line Thoracentesis Paracentesis Lumbar punctures Vent Management Are Board Certifications Req’d? : BC required in Critical Care if Pulmonary needs CC Pulm BC Which State Licenses Req’d? : TN Certifications Req’d? BLS / ACLS / etc : BLS ACLS Specific Skills Req’d? : procedural CSR Req’d? : Yes DEA Req’d? : Yes TN Minimum Experience Req’d # of years : 2 Are vaccines mandatory? : yes - MMR flu TB skin test or cleared chest x-ray Any additional requirements / details to screen for? : NPI name clear 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
