Salary : Overview

The Fleet Division Dispatcher will manage daily routing, driver communication, and equipment scheduling for local operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating movement between our warehouses, job sites, and clients while maintaining compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily local routes for CDL drivers.
• Dispatch drivers and equipment for pickups, deliveries, and project site moves.
• Track and communicate real-time updates using GPS and telematics systems.
• Maintain accurate trip records, load status, and delivery confirmations in the TMS (BrokerPro).
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and project managers to ensure timely operations.
• Monitor driver HOS and ensure DOT compliance at all times.
• Review and process daily DVIRs, BOLs, and dispatch documentation.
• Assist the Fleet Manager with scheduling preventive maintenance and equipment allocation.
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting (on-time deliveries, cost per trip, etc.).
