Manager II, Engineering SDLC Developer Experience

As an Engineering Manager II within SDLC youll lead a group of talented engineers focused on building tools systems and processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality software faster and more reliably. Youll own key parts of the software development lifecycledriving improvements in CI / CD build infrastructure testing frameworks or release automation. Your mission is to create an exceptional engineering experience that scales with our growing organization fostering a culture of technical excellence innovation and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do :

• Define the vision strategy and technical direction for a part of the SDLC organization in partnership with staff engineers and cross-team leaders relying on our internal platforms
• Coach and develop senior engineers and managers fostering a culture of high performance inclusion and psychological safety
• Oversee project planning execution and technical quality ensuring operational excellence and system reliability
• Participate in hiring and organizational planning for future growth
