POSITION :

Temporary lecturers in Communication Studies will teach COMM 2110 – Group Discussion Processes, a designated GE Area 1C, Oral Communication. Courses are conducted in‑person on the Turlock campus; online asynchronous is not an option. Candidates unavailable to teach in‑person will not be considered. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Master's degree in Communication Studies or closely related field.
• Evidence of prior successful teaching experience at the college level is preferred.

COMPENSATION :

Salary is based on qualifications and experience and follows the California State University salary schedule. Newly hired lecturers with terminal degrees are placed in Range 3; others are normally placed in Range 2.
