QA Document Control

Volt is immediately hiring a Document Control / Data Entry Coordinator in Saxonburg, PA. As a Document Control / Data Entry Coordinator you will : Support the management and maintenance of company documentation, including part numbers, bills of materials (BOMs), and manufacturing routings. This entry-level role works under close supervision to ensure that product and process documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with internal standards. This is a full-time contingent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have : Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and document management tools. Willingness to learn ERP / PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to follow processes and work with sensitive or technical information. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or coursework in Engineering, Business, or technical field is a plus. 0–2 years of experience in document control, data entry, or administrative support. Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering environments preferred. Pay Rate : -$23 / hour-$25 / hour
