As a Paralegal, you’ll play a critical part in assisting with research and documentation for our legal department.

What You’ll Do

Our Paralegals assist the attorney staff by performing legal activities that don’t require attorney signature, client advise, or appearances in court. In addition, you’ll :

• Prepare internal and external documents and communications
• Respond to inquiries in support of the legal counsel
• Conduct research regarding various laws and regulations while informing the legal counsel of any changes or business impacts
• Lead and participate in legal projects to address various department needs
• Coordinate, assemble, and submit corporate regulatory filings to state and federal agencies
• Ensure regulatory records are up to date and conduct compliance reviews to verify proper licenses
