WeCare Centers at Sugar Creek Care Center is actively seeking a motivated, Part-Time, RN Supervisor for the Night Shift in our community in Franklin, PA .  Our RN Supervisor is a dynamic individual who can lead a team in the care that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents.
• Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines.
• Provides direct resident care as needed.
• Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff.
• Manage the flow of care.
• Attend nursing leadership meetings.

All other duties as assigned.
