Finance / Billing Coordinator (Digital Media)

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Finance / Billing Coordinator f or a W2 contract opportunity with one of our clients!

Job title : Finance / Billing Coordinator (Digital Media)

Pay rate : $18-$20 / hour

6+ months

Remote EST / CST only.

Candidates will be required to come onsite at least 6x / month.

W2 contract

This individual will oversee financial processes, maintain key internal systems, and serve as a critical operational partner to Sales, Account Management, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings an enterprise mindset and a proactive approach to improving processes and identifying opportunities.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Manages monthly financial forecasting by partnering with Sales on individual and team revenue goals.
• Leads the contracting process with brand partners to ensure accurate and timely media campaign billing.
• Supports collections of outstanding payments.
• Maintains organization and accuracy across tools such as com , Advendio, and SharePoint.
• Proactively collaborates across the organization to gather data and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Pulls reporting to support business development initiatives and identify areas of opportunity for the sales team.
