Now Hiring : Assembly Associates / Spot Welders- Location : Kings Mountain, NC

Shift : 1st Shift — 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday–Thursday

Availability : Must be open to work Fridays and Saturdays when production requires mandatory overtime

Pay : 18.00 per hour

Job Description :

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team in Kings Mountain, NC. This position involves hands-on assembly of automotive components in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include :

Assemble and inspect parts according to production standards

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Follow work instructions and quality procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support team goals by meeting production and quality expectations

Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements :

Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Must be dependable and available for required overtime

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM

Must be open to work Fridays and Saturdays when production requires
