Job descriptionHard-working and highly organized Comfortable managing a diverse caseload (pre-suit and litigation) Self-motivated with excellent time management skills A natural leader capable of developing and guiding support staff Passionate about client advocacy and delivering top-notch legal service A clear communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Honest, coachable, dependable, and team-oriented Licensed to practice in Florida (required) Handle the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution Conduct client interviews, investigate claims, and gather supporting evidence Draft and file pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery documents Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery Counsel clients throughout the legal process with empathy and clarity Oversee, train, and support legal assistants and case management staff Weekly pay because you deserve to be rewarded promptly Competitive benefits package, including : 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Paid holidays and generous PTO Fitness incentives and wellness perks
