We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounts payable / receivable, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth financial processes. Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.

Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!

Position Overview

Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, including verifying, matching, coding, and posting invoices.

Perform bank and account reconciliations (e.g., comparing bank statements to the general ledger).

Accurately enter financial data into the accounting software and spreadsheets.

Maintain and organize all financial records, documents, and files, both physical and electronic.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures as needed.

Prepare and manage bank deposits and reconcile cash transactions.

Support the finance team with audits and special projects as required.

Handle routine clerical duties such as preparing reports, scanning, copying, and mailing.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent computer skills, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other relevant software.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, or equivalent).

Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Shift :

• Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Total Compensation Package :

Wage

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
