Provide desktop support to Matador employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

• Enterprise support for Windows / Microsoft environment, including direct interaction with end users
• Performs first and second level support for the computing environment, including desktop, peripherals, network, wireless, networked devices, and IP telephones
• Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors
• Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems and related hardware
• Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audio-visual environments
• Performs first and second level support for our audio-visual environment, ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism, timeliness, organizational skills and follow-through
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment
• Keep track of hardware inventory / organize asset disposal
